Research

My research interests lie in the general area of communications, signal processing, and information theory. Currently, my research focus is on the application of statistical signal processing and information theory to the design and analysis of wireless communication systems. Topics of particular interest include:

  • Energy-constrained wireless networks
  • Adaptive protocol design for wireless communications
  • Wireless multimedia systems design and analysis
  • Blind system identification and blind source separation
