---+++ November 19th - General Body Meeting!

Hello, Everyone,

We will be having our second and last general body meeting of the semester tomorrow, November 19th (Wednesday) at 5pm to 6pm, at SEL 4055. We will have an Alumni speaker, Will Faehse.
Will Faehse has been our president during 2011 and 2012. He will have brief talk with us about his work experience. He works with setting up/maintaining indoor wireless systems.
Please come by and say hi.

---+++ IEEEXtreme 24-hour World's Programming Competition - October 17-18th

IEEE @ UIC mustered up a team for this competition! The competition will start at 7pm on Friday, October 17th, and end at 7pm on Saturday. The three undergrad team members are:

---+++ September 24th - General Body Meeting!

Hello, Everyone,

We hope you've had a great summer. We, the IEEE @ UIC student organization, are ready to start the new semester and update you on important events and other related information.

We will be having our first general meeting on September 24th, Wednesday 5pm to 7pm, at SEL 4055. We will have a speaker from IEEE, who will have a 30-45 minute long presentation introducing IEEE, including the history of IEEE, importance of professional organizations, IEEE's humanitarian efforts, benefits of being an IEEE student member, and an introduction to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and will answer any questions you might have. As always, there will be food, drinks, and snacks.

IEEE @ UIC welcomes everyone back to school. We hope you all had a great summer. IEEE @ UIC is looking forward to this semester. We are excited to start hosting meetings, inviting guest speakers to our campus, meeting new interested students, tutoring, working on projects--and ofcourse--our robots!
