The College of Engineering is committed to the principles of inclusion, access, open collaboration and equity for all racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical capability, cultural, national origin, citizenship status and religious groups within the college - with an emphasis on those who have been historically underrepresented, excluded, marginalized or discriminated against. COE strives to move beyond demographic measures of inclusion by consistently modeling acceptance for the individual, engaging a wide variety of internal and external communities as we work with one another in a collegial and respectful fashion towards excellence, innovation, and opportunity.
