Research Interests
Professor Ghosh’s research interest is in Molecular Beam Epitaxy of Compound Semiconductors and Multifunctional Oxides (
BaTiO3,
ZnO,
HgCdTe, etc) and fabrication of high-performance optoelectronic devices. He is currently working on characterization
HgCdTe detectors and avalanche photodiodes using state of the art noise and bandwidth measurement system. His research also focuses on developing spintronic devices using nanowires and novel spin injectors
