ECE 572 - Nanoscale Semiconductor Structures: Electronic and Optical Properties

Description: Electronic and optical properties of nanoscale semiconductors and devices, carrier interactions in dimensionally-confined nanostructures, deformation potential, piezoelectric potential, polar-optical-phonon interaction potential.

Prerequisite: ECE 346 and PHYS 244
