ECE 467 - Introduction to VLSI Design


Description: Credit 4U/5G. MOS, CMOS circuits VLSI technology, CMOS circuit characterization and evaluation. Static and dynamic MOS circuits, system design, faults, testing, and symbolic layout.

Prerequisite: ECE 340
