Description: Credit 3U/4G. Bipolar junction transistors, electronic processes in surface-controlled semiconductor and dielectric devices. Metal oxide semiconductor filed effect transistors, surface and interface effects, diode lasers, integrated optoelectronic devices.

Prerequisite: ECE 346
