ECE 410 - Network Analysis

Description: Credit 3U/4G.Matrix algebra for network analysis; Network parameters; Macromodeling; High-frequency measurements; Network functions and theorems; Topics in computer-aided analysis.

Prerequisite: Math 310 and grade of C or better in ECE 310.

3. Transmission parameters for analyzing a cascade of two-ports

4. Computer methods for ladder analysis using transmission parameters

5. Pspice for circuit analysis-the method and its limitations

6. Macromodeling using Pspice

7. Non-ideal passive components

8. Active circuits for inductance simulation, negative resistance, FDNR

9. High-frequency measurements:S-parameters, Smith Chart, network analyzer
