Wedge Antilles in Civilian Gear

After a long time of waiting, I finally got a chance to do this figure and unfortunately he still isn't complete. As you can see from the reference pic, Wedge's jacket is meant to be brown, but the jacket I gave him is blue. I shall soon be trying a method to change its color, but I really wanted to get this figure up on the site first to show him off. Wedge was made using the head of a Rebel Pilots CS Wedge, the torso of a Dark Empire Luke and arms and legs of a Commtech Han. The head had to have its neck reduced in size so it wouldn't look oafishly large on the torso, while the legs had to be shortened, which was accomplished by cutting off about 1/3 of an inch from each boot. The legs were shortened to give Wedge a proper height compared with his Rebel Pilot figure. The torso and arms were painted brown, while the legs were painted black with a grey belt. The reference pic shows the legs to have red stripes along the side, which I assume are meant to be Corellian bloodstripes. However in the X-Wing novels, Wedge states he won't wear bloodstripes since he did not earn them by being in the Corellian military or Empire. So I made the stripes gold, much like Wedge did for his X-Wing when it was repainted in the novel, Bacta War, in honor of the colors his parents planned to use for the fueling station they had hoped to run before their deaths.
