Welcome to IEEE - UIC Student Chapter!

IEEE at UIC Student Chapter is a Student Society focused on Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. Our Student Chapter is open to all students on campus who are interested in broadening their education and becoming more socially active. Together, we create activities that we feel are missing in our campus life. We try to take advantage of the resources and people around us, challenge ourselves, learn, and have fun at the same time. Our events include inviting guest speakers from inside and outside campus, initiating tours to remarkable laboratories here at UIC, making student advising sessions on internships, course selection, research, and, of course, networking. We also encourage creation of special interest groups such as our robot team. You are welcome to join us and make the most out of your student life and ours.
