ECE 340 Lab The Digital Electronic Circuits Lab is located in 3253 SEL. Each of the ten lab stations are equipped with a 100MHz digital oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator, digital multimeter, and a triple DC power supply. Experiments reinforce lecture concepts such as: operational amplifiers, diode characteristics, diode logic gates, RTL; TTL inverter, MOSFET inverter, CMOS, BJT characteristics and switching behavior, and common emitter, common collector, and common source amplifiers. Each three member lab group is required to purchase one lab kit at the UIC Bookstore.
