The Electromagnetic Fields Lab is located in 4255 SEL. All ten lab stations contain a SWR meter, 800MHz-2400MHz Signal Generator, power meter, pulse generator, oscilloscope, and a slotted line. Experiments explore measurements of wavelength, generator loading, VSWR, reflection coefficient, attenuation, insertion loss, power, impedance, time domain reflectometry, and impedance matching. The lab is also equipped with two network analyzers. Student groups rotate through these ANA stations to perform several experiments.
